REQ : 8 Max Dmg Damage +15% While Enchanted Health +30 and a clean handle. How much is it worth when i make it sundering when it has req of 8? Thanks

I'd salvage +30HP mod from it. Skin is quite unwanted. But if you're selling it then 6k~ or so

As Jackie said, the skin is not popular.
